G-Prime Dethklok wishes they were this brütal and dark. This is where Occam's Laser found his stride. Some of the best darksynth out there, hands down. Favorite track: Excommunicated.

Purgatory; the realm for those seeking purification and a place to purge yourself of sin. These souls who are not fully free of sin cannot enter the realm of God until they have been cleansed.
Through temporal punishment, and acknowledging sin, may your soul ascend!
Purgatory is divided into terraces which each represent a deadly sin, these levels all lead up the Mountain of Purgatory where atop lies the Earthly Paradise.

Purgatory is an instrumental album taking heavy influence from Dante Alighieri's 14th-century epic poem the Divine Comedy. This album is the direct sequel to the album 'Nine Circles'.
The track names refer to terraces and areas as they appear in the second part of the Divine Comedy often referred to as ‘Purgatorio’.

Using dark heavy synths, and satanic electronic sounds; Purgatory is designed to stir up your concepts of sin and question what may constitute vice and virtue.
